Citic · Perfume Bay Project covers an area of 410 mu, with a total construction area of 140,700 square meters, a building density of about 13%, a comprehensive plot ratio of 0.5, a greening rate of 84%, and a total number of 1450 households. The overall architectural style is new Asianism style. The products are divided into five series (tentative) according to the topography and mountain and sea resources, including mountain and sea villas, mid-mountain villas, valley villas, mountain apartments and mountain and sea apartments. The overall project is expected to be completed in two and a half years.
The project includes a five-star hotel, mountaintop club, private mountain park, seaside wooden boardwalk, private beach and beach bathing resort and other supporting facilities.

Perfume Bay is one of the six bay areas that Hainan province focuses on developing after being approved as an international tourism island. It is the first stop of "world-class tropical coastal resort tourism city". The project is backed by Niuling and adjacent to Boundary Island.
Niuling Mountain is the dividing line of hainan's north and south climate. Subtropical zone is in the north, and hainan's natural resources are the most abundant 18 degrees north latitude tropical area in the south. Perfume Bay is the first tropical bay in Hainan.
