Zhenlin Tianhui project is a representative project of our company this year. It is created by the top masters of East and West, and its architectural exterior design is invited by DLN Liu Guangrong, one of Asia's top three architect firms. The facade is designed with high-end custom jewelry handcrafted geometric faceting art, with sharp lines and diamond cut surfaces to give the facade a sense of texture.
The interior design enlisted the collaboration of global design queen Kelly Hoppen and C.T. Leung. Design queen Kelly Hoppen is popular among the celebrities and aristocrats in the UK, and the British Royal Family and Beckham have invited her to help design their houses. This time, Kelly Hoppen designed two sets of creative display spaces in Zhenlin Tianhui, with large white areas and golden lines, which are as elegant as ever, and the furniture inside is also shipped from the U.K. Kelly Hoppen also designed two public spaces in Zhenlin Tianhui, the art pavilion, and the clubhouse, among which, the art pavilion will hold art activities regularly, and the owner's Kelly Hoppen designed the art pavilion and the clubhouse, where art events are held regularly and homeowners can visit and enjoy the artwork in the space designed by Kelly Hoppen.
In addition to Kelly Hoppen, the project's public gardens are designed by Japanese national treasure Masahiko Kobayashi, whose works such as Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, Osaka Ekimae, and Nishinomiya Garden are all celebrated in the world of landscape design. This is also the first time for Masahiko Kobayashi to create a garden work in South China.
Our co-extruded materials were specified by Master Masahiko Kobayashi, and we are honored to have his recognition of our participation in this project. The ceiling in the picture is made of our plastic wood co-extruded material, the color and size are customized according to the drawing provided by Master Masahiko Kobayashi. Production can be done once the samples are confirmed.
It is reported that Zhenlin Tianhui will introduce the developer's high-end fashion trend hotel MUSTEL Hotel, which is similar to ONE57.
The joint creation of the masters has made the future of Zhenlin Tianhui not only a living space, but also an art space. The future owners of Zhenlin Tianhui can enjoy the classic and fascinating art space while enjoying the greenery of the 490,000 square meters of Zhongshan Park. This kind of experience has never been experienced before and is the value of future living.
